Phoebe Andrews

Phoebe is a senior ecologist specialising in ecological assessment, biodiversity management and ecological consenting. She has extensive experience preparing and peer-reviewing Ecological Impact Assessments, Significance Assessments and Ecological Management Plans. Phoebe regularly undertakes ecological reviews on behalf of Auckland Council, including reviewing freshwater and terrestrial assessments and management plans supporting resource consent applications, and has provided expert ecological review at consent hearings. She has expertise in wetland delineation and freshwater regulatory requirements, and has led botanical and biodiversity monitoring programmes. Phoebe holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Biosecurity and Conservation and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Biodiversity Management and Animal Management.
